PasaloHub PH connects people who want to sell a business with people who want to buy one. This page explains the limits of that role. It supplements — and does not replace — our Terms & Conditions.

1We are a marketplace, not a broker

PasaloHub PH is a listing and introduction platform. We are not a party to any sale, transfer, lease, partnership or financing agreement between users, and we are not a real estate or business broker, dealer, appraiser, accountant, or law firm. We do not hold, transfer or escrow money for anyone.

2Listing information is provided by sellers

Asking prices, revenue, expenses, profit, years in operation, photos, and descriptions are supplied by the seller. We review listings before they go live, but that review checks for completeness and obvious problems — it is not an audit and does not confirm that the numbers are accurate or that the business will perform as described.

Figures like payback period or profit margin that are calculated from seller-reported numbers are only as reliable as those numbers.

3What verification badges do and don’t mean

  • Verified user means our team reviewed a government ID submitted for that account.
  • Verified business means our team reviewed the business registration documents submitted with that listing (for example DTI, SEC, BIR or Mayor's permit).

A badge reflects documents at the time we reviewed them. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of the business's value or condition, or a substitute for your own due diligence. Documents can expire, be revoked, or change after review.

4No legal, tax, financial or investment advice

Nothing on PasaloHub PH — including our guides, legal checklists, calculators, or messages from our team — is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Laws, tax rates and government requirements change, and every deal is different. Before buying or selling a business, consult a qualified lawyer, accountant, or other professional.

5Guides and educational content

Our guides are general information for Filipino business owners and buyers, written in good faith and accurate to the best of our knowledge when published. They may be incomplete or out of date, and they are not tailored to your situation. Always confirm requirements with the relevant agency (for example the BIR, DTI, SEC, or your local government unit).

6Maps and locations

Listing locations on the marketplace map are approximate and shown at the city or municipality level, so that a seller's exact address isn't published. Don't rely on the map for a precise address — confirm the location with the seller.

7Third-party links and services

The Platform may link to or rely on third-party sites and services (for example government websites, map providers, or sign-in with Google). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8Availability

We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or remove features, and listings may be removed or archived at any time in line with our Terms.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, PasaloHub PH is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, from reliance on information posted by users, or from a user's breach of an agreement with another user (including a non-disclosure agreement). The full limitation of liability is set out in our Terms & Conditions.

10Questions

If something on the Platform looks wrong or misleading, let us know or use the Report button on the listing.
