About PasaloHub PH

Every business deserves a next chapter.

PasaloHub PH is a marketplace for buying and selling small and medium businesses in the Philippines — the milk tea shop, the laundromat, the carinderia, the water station — so that a business that works doesn't have to close just because its owner is moving on.

Why we built this

"Pasalo" is how Filipinos have always passed things on — a lease, a stall, a business — usually through word of mouth, a Facebook post, or a friend of a friend. It works, but it's hard to reach serious buyers, hard to know what you're really buying, and easy to get burned.

PasaloHub brings that into one place: sellers describe their business properly, buyers can compare real numbers, and sensitive documents are only shared after the buyer signs a non-disclosure agreement.

What we believe

1
A working business is worth saving.Closing a profitable business because the owner is relocating, retiring, or starting something new is a loss for everyone — its staff, its regular customers, its neighborhood.
2
Trust has to be earned, not claimed.Badges on PasaloHub mean something specific: a person's identity or a business's documents were reviewed by our team.
3
The deal belongs to buyer and seller. We don't take a commission when a business changes hands. We make the introduction; you make the deal.

How it works

PasaloHub is a listing and introduction platform. We're not a broker, and we don't hold money for anyone — here's what happens on each side.
