How it works

From first call to buyer inquiries

Partner status is approved manually by PasaloHub. There is no self-service sign-up.

    You contact PasaloHub or receive an invitation. We schedule a call or meeting.

  2. Partner review

    We learn about how you operate:

    • businesses you currently represent
    • typical deal sizes
    • seller relationships and authorization arrangements

  3. Send your listings

    You provide business information, photos, pricing, and seller authorization.

  4. PasaloHub builds the listing

    We prepare the listing on your behalf.

  5. You review it

    You verify the listing information, asking price, photos, financial information, and business details.

  6. Publish and receive inquiries

    PasaloHub publishes the approved listing. Buyer inquiries are routed to you as the designated Partner.

PasaloHub is still growing the marketplace. More legitimate business listings make the platform more useful for buyers and help PasaloHub attract more buyer activity. Here's the exchange:

Partner participation and listing support are currently free during the early stage of the Partner Network. PasaloHub may later offer optional premium services such as promoted listings, advanced analytics, Partner tools, and transaction-support services. Basic Partner participation is currently free during this stage.
Duplicate listing policy

One business = one active PasaloHub listing

Multiple agents may sometimes market the same business. PasaloHub avoids creating duplicate public listings for the same underlying business. When a duplicate is discovered, we:

  • verify that it is the same business
  • verify representation and seller authorization
  • confirm the current listing details
  • determine the appropriate PasaloHub representative
  • keep one active public listing where practical

Internal seller details are never exposed publicly during this process.

Seller authorization

Confirming you may market the business

Partner-submitted businesses may require confirmation that you are authorized to market them. Accepted evidence includes:

  • direct owner confirmation
  • an authorization letter
  • an agency or representation agreement
  • other acceptable supporting evidence
What the "Seller Authorization Verified" badge means: PasaloHub confirmed your authorization to advertise and represent the listing on PasaloHub. It does not mean PasaloHub guarantees ownership, verified legal title, authority to sign contracts or receive payment, or performed legal due diligence.
