Partner Program Terms

Version 2026-10-06  ·  Applies to approved members of the PasaloHub Partner Network

These Partner Program Terms ("Partner Terms") apply to business agents, brokers and authorized seller representatives whom PasaloHub PH has approved as Partners. They add to, and do not replace, the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy that apply to every PasaloHub account. Where the two differ on a Partner matter, these Partner Terms apply.

This is a working draft written in plain language for the pilot stage of the Partner Network. It will be reviewed and may be updated. We'll tell active Partners before any material change takes effect.

1What these terms cover

The Partner Network lets an approved Partner have PasaloHub prepare, publish and market listings for businesses the Partner represents, with buyer inquiries from those listings routed to the Partner. PasaloHub is a listing and introduction platform. It is not a party to any sale, does not act as your agent or the seller's agent, and does not hold money for anyone.

2Partner status

  • Partner status is by invitation or approval only and is granted manually by PasaloHub. It cannot be self-selected.
  • PasaloHub sets your Partner type (Independent Business Sales Agent, Business Broker, Authorized Seller Representative or other) and may change it to reflect how you actually work.
  • Partner status is a capability on your PasaloHub account. You can still buy, or sell your own business, like any other user.

3Representation & authorization

  • You confirm that you are authorized by the business owner (or the person entitled to sell) to market each business you send us, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • PasaloHub may ask for evidence of authorization (owner confirmation, an authorization letter, an agency or representation agreement, or other acceptable evidence) before or after a listing goes live. A listing may be held, hidden or removed if authorization can't be confirmed.
  • Tell us promptly if your authorization ends, the business is sold or withdrawn, or its details change.
  • The business owner does not need a PasaloHub account because you represent them.

4Listings PasaloHub prepares

  • You send business information, photos, pricing and authorization. PasaloHub prepares the listing on your behalf.
  • You review every prepared listing (information, asking price, photos, financial details and business details) before submitting it. Submitting confirms you have checked it.
  • All listings, including Partner listings, go through PasaloHub's normal review before they appear on the marketplace. PasaloHub may edit for format and clarity, ask for changes, or decline to publish.
  • New listings are requested through your Partner Dashboard. Partners don't self-publish.

5Buyer inquiries

Inquiries generated on PasaloHub for a listing you represent are routed to you as the designated Partner. You keep your seller relationship and manage the conversation and the transaction. PasaloHub does not contact your sellers to go around you. We may contact a seller only to confirm authorization or to resolve a safety, duplicate-listing or legal issue.

6Fees

Partner participation and listing support are currently free during the early stage of the Partner Network. PasaloHub does not currently take a percentage of your existing commission with your seller. PasaloHub may later offer optional paid services, such as promoted listings, advanced analytics, Partner tools or transaction support. We'll describe any fee before you are asked to agree to it.

7What verification means

A "Seller Authorization Verified" badge means only that PasaloHub confirmed your authorization to advertise and represent that listing on PasaloHub. A "Verified Partner" badge means only that PasaloHub reviewed your Partner profile. Neither badge means PasaloHub guarantees ownership, verified legal title, confirmed authority to sign contracts or receive payment, or performed legal due diligence. Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence.

8Duplicate listings

PasaloHub keeps one active public listing per underlying business where practical. If the same business is submitted more than once, including by different agents, we may verify the business, representation, authorization and current details, decide which representative is designated on PasaloHub, and merge, hide or remove duplicates. These decisions are PasaloHub's to make.

9Conduct & confidentiality

  • Don't post misleading prices, financials or claims, and don't list a business you aren't authorized to market.
  • Use buyer information you receive through PasaloHub only to handle that buyer's inquiry, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  • Keep seller documents shared through PasaloHub confidential, and share them with buyers only as the seller allows (for example, after an NDA).

10Your account

PasaloHub may set up your Partner profile and prepare listings before you activate your account. You activate it yourself from the invitation email and set your own password. PasaloHub staff will never ask for or send you a password. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

11Suspension & ending

You may leave the Partner Network at any time by contacting us. PasaloHub may suspend or end Partner status, or hide Partner listings, for example if authorization can't be confirmed, information is inaccurate, these terms are breached, or the program changes. Your regular PasaloHub account is not closed just because Partner status ends.

12Changes & contact

We may update these Partner Terms as the program develops and will tell active Partners before a material change takes effect. Questions? Contact us or email support@pasalohubph.com.
